Some KEY ACRONYMS TO KNOW--by Anthony Lim.
Hi,
How are you getting on? Long time no see and
no hear.
Are you thinking what I am thinking---Y-O-U!
That's why I have to email you this message.
I hope you are in the best of health and
hope to hear from you soon and fast.
I want to share something with you, in which
most of us take things for granted.
They are FAMILY, WIFE, HUSBAND, HELLO! JOY!
LIM,ME,and TEAM.
Just read below what I mean.

Do you know what is FAMILY?

Do you really understand what is behind the
word family?
It gives me a shock when I know the answer.
So long I never realize I don't know the real
Meaning of family..........

Here Is The Answer ........... FAMILY =
(F)ather
(A)nd
(M)other
(I)
(L)ove
(Y)ou

WHY does a man want to have a WIFE? Because
he needs her for
(W)ashing all clothings,
(I)Ironing them,
(F)eeding the family with good cooked food, and
(E)ntertaining him--only the wife should take
this duty, and the rest can be delegated to the
maid! But, please do not allow the maid to do
the entertainment, lest she replaces the wife!

WHY does a woman want to have a HUSBAND?
because she needs:-
(H)ousing
(U)nderstanding
(S)haring
(B)uying
(A)nd
(N)ever
(D)emanding--Good lady wants less pressure but
more pleasure.

Do you know that a simple "HELLO" can be a
sweet one? Especially from your loved one.
(I mean not only from the boyfriend/
girlfriend).
The word HELLO means :
(H)ow are you?
(E)verything's all right?
(L)ike to hear from you
(L)ove to see you soon!
(O)bviously, I miss you alot!

One can have real JOY when we put the
following persons in perspective for service:-
J--JESUS first, then
O--OTHERS, and
Y--YOU, last.

If you can't remember these key words, just
think of LIM:-
L--LASTING
I--IMPRESSION
M--MARVELLOUS!

If you still can't remember them, thinking of
you can't help, just think of ME!

M--Mate,
E--Eureka!

If you still can't achieve your goal, work
as a TEAM.

T--Together
E--Everyone
A--Achieves
M--More!

I think that will be good for the day, have
a productive week!

With love,
Anthony Lim.

What EASTER means to me.

What Easter means to me by Anthony Lim.

I enjoy Easter, knowing there is a new life after this life. Thinking of you at Easter. I love that great
event----resurrection, a new creation, a new life eternally.
This is the greatest miracle in human history for all living things--humans, animals, plants and even living
planets like earth will all be resurrected. Good or bad people will also be resurrected--
all because of the munificent atonement of Jesus Christ, to wash the sins of mankind through his blood. Easter is a Godly event to give hope to mankind about life after this earthly life. It is the panacea of Christ life events, which is the manifestation of God's true love for his creation: "For God so loved the world that He gave His Only Begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish but have eternal life". (John 3:16)

We should be greatful for each day living to see a new day; though earthly existence may be about 100 years old or so, like a particle of sand, when compared to eternity as oceans of sands; it is mind-boggling about eternity without an end, When I look at you smiling in the profile, it is a good indication that life is worth living, so make as much usefulness as you can; don't you agree with me?

I plan to write the Book of Revelation with summary and diagrams, so as to utilize my creativity to the full use. Do you know that it is the one Book which I read the most, even when I was a non-member?
I study the B. of Rev. as the most fascinating book of symbols. Now with the Book of Doctrine and Covenants , and additional information elsewhere, I feel a bit enlightened. This has given me more confidence to write about the B. of Rev. with summary and diagrams to flummox other writers with various interpretations.
Thanks for keeping me updated about your activity. Just keep writing. It brightens my life sometimes when I see so many emails, some of which are so inspiring but most of which are insipid to know. Yous have beautiful experience and joy of emancipation too. When I look at your smiling face, it cheers me up; life can be as rosy as a new born baby; it isn't the age, it is the love we have for and share with others, that gives hope for people who hunger for some hope and love. People are concerned not so much of how much we know, but how much we care. They are so many bright people around anyway; but few who take "time to stand and stare" or those who take some interest in you than just passing by. Most of us pass by along the way, like the priest and Levite in the Good Smaritan---so many people are meeting-oriented people---meeting, meeting, meeting but no time to stop awhile and say, "how is the day?" and listen to the reply. Most ask the question but hurry soon for the meeting. Jesus said the Good Samaritan was more caring than the priest, meaning non-members can be more caring than members who are concerned on carrying out their duties. True of deicated leaders too whose primary concern is to meet the appointed itineraries; following the letter of the Law than the spirit of the Law. The story of Jesus spending time with the sinners and had feast with them was a good example, and he also had time to talk to the Samaritan woman, which made the disciples asked him; "Why are you talking to the Samaritan woman" ( meaning why spend so much time with the enemy? The Jews had no dealings with Samaritans for 40 years)
That is Easter thought for you.

What Sacrament means to me.

"What Sacrament means to me"--by Anthony Lim, Malaysia.
Last Sunday, Elders' Quorum (EQ) had a discussion on Sacrament Day, with all types of information. The teacher asked me-- "What does Sacrament mean to you? Any thoughts on it?"
I was prepared---because it was my favorite topic. So, I told the class.
Sacrament is a holy ordinance, not a holiday, a day for focus, and active in God's work and charity.
It is a day to remember Christ and his munificent infinite atonement--love and sacrifice.
It is a day for repentance of our past week mistakes and the next week of joyful commitment.
Sacrament is symbolic of presenting
(1) a sin offering to the Lord
-----presentingourselves to the Lord--our weakness and unworthiness, a broken heart and a contrite spirit),
(2) burnt offering -------------------------cleansing and santification of self, and
(3) peace offering -------------------------having fellowship with the Most High God and the saints present.
Thus, we offer repentance and commitment for that week.
To attend sacrament is to show the Lord our willingness to follow his commandments, love Him and remember his munificence, taking his name in our stride.
Sacrament is the highlight of Sabbath day, never to be missed by righteous saints--the highest fellowship you can give to your God and my God. , never to be missed by righteous saints--the highest fellowship you can give to your God and my God.
The teacher beamed broadly and the class was silent and appreciative of Sacrament meaning.
I loved their silent bright smiling look in their faces.

JOYLINK---The House of Lim

HAPPY MORNING to you!
What's your beautiful name? Come to my World--JOYLINK webpage which describes "The House of Lim", family members, relatives and friends.

Where I live in the city stands the world's tallest building --the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia! I reside nearby this magnificent building, at Mutiara Villa, Jalan Tengkat Tong Shin, off Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumppur, Malaysia.
I have one daughter, Vivien Lim Kuan Hui, 25 and one son, Elisha Lim Keng Hock,22., and one grand cute daughter,3, Jaszlyn Kuan Jem McNair. Elisha is now studying International Business Management in BYU, Hawaii, on a scholarship after having served the Lord for two years, 2002-2004, at Ogden Utah Mission. For his last six months of missionary work, he served as the Zone Leader where his Zone produced the highest number of baptisms, indicative of the Lord's outpouring spirit in that area.

Robust in health and vitality for many years (even Hercules would smile on it), I love to meet a vibrant and cultured lady with a tittering sense of humor, who believes in everlasting love/TLC and life! I believe there are wonderful saints out there, please feel free to contact me. No need to be bashful , but just be bold to write me. Don't use pencil/pen, enjoy using Mingle email /card or IM (you will make Sara really feel delighted !) and I am there waiting at the other end to respond accordingly.

As long as you are mature in thinking, feeling, and loving-kindness, and has a great desire to improve relationship with each other (in partnership with God), we are crusing in the right track. This great relationship is possible when we know God has placed us here on earth BY HIS PURPOSE and we are here FOR HIS PURPOSE. Most people want to leave a legacy on earth to be remembered by our loved ones and friends, but an eternal legacy linked with HIS PURPOSE will surely cement a great relationship that cannot be broken down by any whims and fancy of this world. Linked with the divine relationship, we can really forged ahead strongly and joyfully. Anything short of this is likely to crumble. He has promised to carry through his plans " to give you hope and a good future" (Jer.29:11) and fulfill your dreams even beyond what you have asked (Ephesians 3:20)
A hundred fold-Mark 10:29-31) with a plethora of blessings for you to cherish!
WHAT A GREAT PROMISE FROM A GREAT AND MUNIFICENT GOD to those who value their close relationship with Him! I strive towards achieving PH.D (not the highest kind you know from the Universities!) but Please Him Daily, Praise Him Daily, Preach His Doctrine,Proclaim His Divinity, and Pray (to) Him Daily-WOW! When you pursue after these PH.Ds, you have no fear about His assured blessings for you and your dear ones! Don't forget this! Keep that firmly in your holy upper chamber! Do I sound like delivering a sermon? No, I am not. I just want to share with you all these from my experience, study and prayer/fasting--very nourishing to the marrow. Yes, I want to associate with someone special with such humble attributes and value K.I.S.S. (Kind, Interesting, Sincere and Sweet), W.O.W (Wise Observer -Woman) and genteel lady. You have all these attributes but just be bold and act by connecting through MingleLDS. Okay?

Knowing how to develop close relationship with loved ones or friends also requires the intake of five Vit. Cs which are:
bonding chemistry of COMPATIBILITY,
peaceful and trusting COMPANIONSHIP,
adorable effective COMMUNICATION,
affable COMMITMENT and
mutually uplifting spiritual/emotional COMFORT for partnership and for the Family,

Ah, yes, you have noticed (just testing your observation power!) the five Vit. Cs are proactive skills which are actually COMMON SENSE (hey! you are right, it is Vit. C too!). You will agree that keeping a family strong requires TEAMWORK and TEAMSPIRIT, isn't it?

After all TEAM means
T-ogether
E-veryone
A-chieves
M-ore!
Do you agree with that? I am a great and patient listener for exhilarating conversation.
So,if you appreciate my message (I would be delighted to know you---yes, YOU, my friend !) and think we are in the same wavelength, you are most welcome to give me a smile and I thank you for your time and fond thought.
That will be the first step to begin our one-thousand-mile journey towards good relationship and happiness ( Confucius).
